Spring Check
The spring season is the best time to determine if your air conditioner is ready to handle the summer heat. Those of us who live in San Antonio know all too well that the heat begins earlier than June.
The AC's evaporator coil and condenser coil need scheduled service so the unit can run efficiently. You can rely on us to give you an honest and thorough inspection.
Fall Check
It's always best to ensure each of your furnace's components is in working order for optimal heating system performance, and we recommend that you contact us to do an inspection sometime in the fall so that we catch problems early.
The check-up will include inspecting the air filter, the heat exchanger, the fittings and connections, and checking for rust damage to any of the parts. An inspection will help extend the life of the furnace by up to 40 percent and increase energy efficiency.
